Richarda Foote (Ann) was born May 18, 1964 to Ken and Beth Burns. Passed away on August 1, 2020. Ann was born in California. She graduated high school in Sandy, Utah at Alta High School. Ann was the life of the party. She always had a great sense of humor and always knew how to cheer people up around her. She loved spending time with family doing camping trips, day field trips and anything her kids wanted to do. Ann was a proud first time grandmother and helped bring her grandson Frankie Redmond into the world in February 2020. Ann is preceded in death by her daughter Megan Foote, her son Justin Foote and parents Ken and Beth Burns. She is survived by her 3 children Lindsay Long, Dylan Foote and Carly Foote.
