Nina M. Shortino

"Marie"

Nina Marie Shortino passed away peacefully at home on April 7, 2018. She was born December 28, 1925 in Silver City, Utah to Arthur E. and Nina Mae Searle Westover. Marie married Joseph Lee Shortino. After Joe passed away in 1964 she worked in fine jewelry at Mervyn's Department Store and dedicated her life to raising her children and grandchildren and taking care of her mother.

Marie is survived by her daughter, Cathy Shortino Biljanic; son, Michael (Donalyn) Shortino; brother, Art Westover, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe and son, Dennis Shortino.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, April 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1375 East Spring Lane 1000 South), where friends may call one from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Committal, Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 4th Avenue and T Street. Funeral Directors, Neil O'Donnell and Sons.
