Betty Toone Leech

1925-2017
Betty Jean was born to Lyon Lemuel, Jr. and Ida Lewetta Bowman Toone on September 8, 1925 in Croydon, Utah. She died with family by her side on December 10, 2017. She married Victor E. Leech September 3, 1953. She is survived by her children Judy Daniels, Janet Holland, Steven (Cindy), and Scott (Shanna). She leaves 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren. Betty is preceded in death by her parents, husband Victor Eugene, brother Norman Bowman Toone, sisters Eleanor Margaret Toone Richins, Irene Toone Farnsworth, Maytie Toone Platt, and son-in-law Bill Holland.
She fondly remembered her time with the U.S. Nurse Cadet Corp. She enjoyed serving her family, sewing and spending time with friends. She was a loved, committed Jehovah's Witness.
In honor of Betty's wishes, she will be cremated with no formal funeral services. Funeral directors Neil O'Donnell & Sons.
